Shipping Policy

  • Once your order and payment are confirmed, we start sourcing parts and assembling your keyboard.
  • Expect 4 to 8 weeks for fulfillment and delivery, including:
    • Parts sourcing (3–6 weeks)
    • Assembly & testing (1–2 weeks)
    • Shipping (3–7 days)
  • Shipping is currently limited to Washington State, USA. We plan to expand soon.
  • You’ll get email updates with tracking once this process starts.
  • Shipping times are estimates. Delays may occur due to factors outside our control. Claims for lost or damaged packages depend on the carrier’s policies.

Return Policy

  • All orders are custom-made and final sale — no full refunds.
  • Partial refunds up to 20% may be granted at our discretion based on item condition.
  • Shipping and payment processing fees (e.g., Stripe fees) are non-refundable.
  • To request a return, email adoraboard@gmail.com with your order number and issue details.
  • Approved returns must be shipped back at your expense; we recommend using a trackable method.
  • Partial refunds (if approved) will be processed within 5–10 business days after inspection.
